The II International Festival-Contest "Art Parade in Vitebsk", which will be held on January 8-10, 2021, will become a preamble to the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the "Slavianski Bazaar".

"Art Parade", as noted by the General Director of the Center of Culture "Vitebsk" Gleb Lapitsky, was conceived as the younger brother of the largest European art forum.
