Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has signed Decree No. 383 approving the draft intergovernmental agreement between Belarus and Vietnam on the visa waiver for holders of ordinary passports as a basis to hold negotiations, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian president.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been authorized to hold negotiations and sign the document if an agreement is reached within the framework of the approved draft.

By another decree, the president approved the draft agreement between Belarus and Vietnam on the transfer of persons sentenced to imprisonment in order to serve their sentences on the territory of another party as a basis for negotiations. The Internal Affairs Ministry has authorized to hold negotiations and sign the document if an agreement is reached within the framework of the approved draft.
