Russia’s Tula Oblast to buy batch of MAZ trucks in 2025
Tula Oblast intends to buy 17 MAZ trucks in 2025, the press service of Minsk Automobile Plant (MAZ trademark) told BelTA.
Governor of Russia’s Tula Oblast Dmitry Milyayev visited MAZ the other day. Promising avenues of cooperation were discussed in detail at a meeting with MAZ Director General Valery Ivankovich. The avenues of cooperation had been identified at a meeting of the Tula Oblast governor and Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko. Those are manufacturing cooperation and the development of a pilot project to offer electrobus services.
For example, there is a high-tech metallurgical plant in Tula Oblast. The plant is Russia’s and Europe’s largest producer of vanadium.
Dmitry Milyayev remarked that Tula Oblast intends to buy 17 MAZ trucks in 2025.
