Lukashenko holds phone calls with foreign leaders
Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko held a number of telephone conversations with foreign leaders on 30 August, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian head of state.
Aleksandr Lukashenko discussed bilateral agenda and pressing issues of the regional and international situation with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The Belarusian leader considered prospective areas of Belarus-Kazakhstan cooperation in a phone conversation with Kazakhstan President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. The leaders also exchanged views on international issues.
Aleksandr Lukashenko also had telephone talks with first Kazakhstan President Nursultan Nazarbayev.
During personal communication and in the form of numerous greetings the foreign leaders wished happy birthday to the Belarusian president.
