Lukashenko sends 70th anniversary greetings to Military Academy of Belarus
Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has extended greetings to the personnel and veterans of the Military Academy as it marks its 70th anniversary, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
“The renowned educational institution has preserved the best traditions, experience in training officers as well as a rich history,” the message of greetings reads. “Today the Military Academy is a leading institution of higher learning in independent Belarus, providing training of military personnel in a wide range of specialties for the Armed Forces, other security agencies of our country and friendly states. There are many famous statesmen, military leaders, scientists, diplomats, athletes, true patriots of the Fatherland among the graduates of the academy.”
The head of state expressed confidence that the highly professional team of the academy with its modern training facilities and great intellectual potential will add a lot of vivid pages to the history of the Belarusian military school, which makes a considerable contribution to ensuring the security of the state.
Aleksandr Lukashenko wished all the veterans, commanders, academic staff, students, cadets and civilian staff of the Military Academy good health, happiness, peace, kindness, and new successes in service, labor, and education.
