The International Festival of Arts Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk is one of the best festivals in the world, Russian pop singer Oleg Gazmanov told the STV TV channel, BelTA has learned.

“I believe that the Slavianski Bazaar is one of the best festivals in the world. Its venues are very cool,” Oleg Gazmanov said. He noted that even viewers in the back rows can see the stage and artists perfectly well.

Oleg Gazmanov also commented about calls to cancel participation in the festival that artists get allegedly from Belarusians. “As a rule, hate does not show how many people do not want me to come to the festival. This is the work of bots, a whole army of them, who operate mostly from abroad, of course,” he said.

“One thing I can say for sure: hate does not bother me,” Oleg Gazmanov added.
