For social workers of Smolensk and Vitebsk oblasts, a forum was held "Topical issues of rehabilitation of people with disabilities." The participants agreed to continue cooperation and implement a project to create an information and methodological platform.

The forum was held within the framework of the implementation of the Agreement between the Administration of Smolensk Oblast and Vitebsk Oblast Executive Committee on trade, economic, scientific, technical and cultural cooperation.
