The regional competition of brass bands will be held for the first time in Vitebsk Oblast. It was initiated and organized by the regional methodological center of folk art. As the chief conductor of RMCFA Yevgeny Osipovich explained, the competition is held with the aim of preserving traditional musical culture, improving the professional skills of performers.
